The first launch party was at One Thousand Birds Studio in Brooklyn, New York. Lucy made a rockin' rum and pineapple punch, Chef Don PV provided cricket canapes, Del Water Gap provided sweet tunes, and Cloudy Kitchen even made a gluten free vegan birthday cake for Julia’s birthday.
The second launch party was a brunch at our friends' beautiful home in San Francisco. There were lots of pancakes and cricket treats by Bitty Foods and Tiny Farms. And of course Critter Bitters! We set up a DIY Critter Bitters Cocktail Bar. Guests were able to make "Pomplemosas" (champagne, grapefruit juice, and Critter Bitters) or "Virgin Pomplemosas" (subbing the champagne for soda water).
